You own your words and photos. By posting, you grant CloudyChef a license to display them alongside the restaurant's listing.
You confirm every review reflects your own genuine, verified visit. Fabricated or incentivized reviews are removed and repeat offenders banned.
Owner accounts may manage their listing, reply once per review, and run verified promos. Attempting to buy, threaten, or trade for reviews is grounds for delisting.
Bulk scraping of reviews or scores without written permission is prohibited.
We'll notify account holders by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
