How do I get listed?

Create an account, then add your restaurant from the merchant page. Listings go live immediately and are verified by our team afterwards.

A reviewer added my restaurant — can I claim it?

Yes. Reviewer-created listings are unclaimed. Go to the claim page, and once we verify you're the owner, the listing transfers to your account with all its reviews intact.

Can I remove a bad review?

No — and neither can we, unless it violates policy. If you believe it does, flag it from your dashboard; a moderator decides and the outcome is logged publicly.

How are scores calculated?

Live averages of verified reviews across food (40%), service, value, and ambience (20% each). No paid product affects them.

What does Premium include?

Analytics, competitor benchmarks, and sentiment breakdowns — insight tools only. Premium never changes scores, ranking, or review visibility.
