What gets a review or listing flagged, who decides, and how every action is logged.
Reviews with fabricated visits, incentivized content (free meals for stars), harassment or doxxing, competitor sabotage, and listings that misrepresent ownership. Critical-but-honest reviews are never removed for being critical.
Anyone can report a review; owners can flag policy violations from their dashboard. A flag never hides content by itself — a human moderator reviews it within 48 hours.
New reviews enter a 48-hour window where authenticity signals are checked and the reviewer can edit or withdraw. After that, the review goes live.
Every publish, flag, removal, and edit is written to the listing's public transparency log with a reason and an author. You can audit any listing's history from its Moderation tab.
Reviewers and owners can appeal any action via the contact page. Appeals are answered within five business days and the outcome is logged.
